Fisheries and local agriculture
All our products come from fishing and local agriculture. Over the years, a special relationship has developed with our suppliers, and it is not uncommon to meet in the lobby of the hotel, a fisherman came to make you enjoy an exceptional fish, just out of his nets.
The formula of the day is proposed to you every lunchtime (except Sunday and holidays) for 24 €. It includes a dish, often the fish-based dish of the day, as well as a homemade dessert by our pastry chef. An evolutive menu according to the seasons will also be proposed.
