You are looking for a restaurant specializing in fish and shellfish on the port of Sanary.
Come and have lunch or dinner all year round on our sunny terrace or inside in our beautiful fully renovated room. Christian and Bruno will prepare some of their specialties for you: fish in a salt crust, bouillabaisse, bourride... and other succulent dishes depending on the season. The restaurant has always favored products from fishing and local agriculture. You will also appreciate our "old-fashioned" service, where the fish will be cut in front of you, sometimes accompanied by the history of the dish... Bon appétit!
Restaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Hôtel restaurant de la Tour will be closed for the year from the evening of February 9th until Thursday, February 27th inclusive. Reopening on Friday, February 28th, 2025.

Over the years, a special relationship has been forged with our suppliers, and it is not uncommon to come across a fisherman in the hotel lobby who has come to share with you 'an exceptional fish, just out of its nets.
Formula of the day
The set of the day is offered to you every lunchtime (excluding weekends and public holidays) for €32.
It includes a dish, often the dish of the day based on fish, as well as a homemade dessert made by our pastry chef.
A evolving menu depending on the seasons will also be offered to you.
