While the Hôtel de la Tour in Sanary-sur-Mer was founded in 1898, it wasn't until 1936 that its history intersected with that of the Mercier family. The hotel then became a must-see in the pre- and post-war periods.

The charming hotel welcomed famous figures, from Commander Cousteau to Pablo Picasso. Over the generations, this seaside hotel has been renovated while ensuring the soul of this house with its old-world charm is preserved.

Today, the Hôtel de la Tour is still part of the Mercier family. Since 2003, Géraldine has brought this memorable place to life, combining tradition and modernity.

Mon avis ne concerne que le restaurant : Une belle "maison " traditionnelle avec un service impeccable des prix corrects pour ce type d'établissement. Vue imprenable sur le port de Sanary , d'excellents coquillages et de beaux arrivages de poissons . En résumé une belle adresse..

Une cuisine fabuleuse. Simple mais vrai. Fraiche et saine. Le loup de plus d'un kilo a été préparé d'une simplicité mais grande connaissance du chef que à deux nous nous sommes surpris d'avoir tout mangé. Le conseil en vin était parfait. Nous y retournerons c'est sur.

Petit repas entre amies, nous avons pris notre repas sur la terrasse : plateaux de coquillages, poissons tout était parfait. Fraîcheur, présentation, service, rien à redire. Nous reviendrons certainement au gré de nos ballades
